FAQ: club billing

You define what you charge and how; the system generates each club's charges and keeps its statement. Here is how the league's money works.

What can I charge clubs for?
Five billing bases: flat per season (for example, the club registration fee), per registered team, per registered player, per matchday (referee fee for each scheduled match) and recurring (a monthly, biweekly or weekly fee per club).
How are charges generated?
You define a rule per organization, per league or per division. The system creates each club's charge with its due date and keeps the balance: pending, overdue and paid.
Are there late fees?
Yes. The late fee can be a fixed amount or a percentage, and you can always waive it for a specific club.
Can I charge extra items, like fines or uniforms?
Yes, with manual charges to a club for any additional item.
Do clubs see what they owe?
Yes. Each club administrator views their charges from their own access. You record each payment and the system issues a receipt and a PDF ticket.
Is there a report of league income?
Yes: a summary of pending, overdue and paid, plus the transaction history with every recorded payment.
