FAQ: users and permissions

Everyone sees only what concerns them. Here we answer who can get in, what each role can do and how the league's information is protected.

Which user roles exist?

Nine: league owner, administrator, tournament coordinator, referee, club administrator, team delegate, coach, club staff and parent or guardian. All of them join at no cost to the league.

Can I adjust what each role does?

Yes. Permissions come preset per role and can be adjusted one by one from the Permissions module: for example, letting a coordinator enter results but not edit fees.

Can a club see other clubs' data?

No. Each club sees its roster, charges and receipts, schedule and results. The overall standings and schedule live on the public page.

How do users sign in?

With their email or phone and a password, from the browser. The owner can turn on two-step verification.

Is there a record of who changed what?

Yes: registrations, removals, charges and results are logged with the user who made them, and the league's data is backed up daily.
